Danny Diaz, CEO

I began my career as a commercial glazier in 2000 and became a business owner in 2005. In 2017, I founded Coastal Window and Door to provide dependable, professional service to homes and businesses throughout our local community. With more than 20 years of industry experience, I’m proud of the reputation we’ve built and grateful to work alongside my son as we carry our family legacy forward.

Phil Muckelmann, Outside Sales Representative

I’ve spent more than 30 years learning which window and door products perform, which don’t, and what works best in a coastal climate. In outside sales, I use that experience to give customers straightforward advice and help them find the right fit. I enjoy talking shop, solving problems, and making sure people feel confident in what they’re buying.

Zack Diaz, COO

For the past seven years, I’ve worked alongside my father and learned our family-owned window and door business from the ground up. Now, as COO and part of our outside sales team, I help lead operations and guide customers through their projects. I’m proud to represent the next generation and help shape what comes next for Coastal Window and Door.

Abbie Arnold, Chief of Staff

I wear a few hats at Coastal Window and Door, from helping customers choose the right products to keeping the office running smoothly. With a background in sales and marketing, I work with homeowners, contractors, and designers to balance style, function, and budget. I love connecting with people, bringing positive energy to the team, and making every project feel a little easier.
